This presentation gives an overview of Information Theory of Holons and Informons which can be represented as nested functional structures with information flows between different Holons. Holons represent the structure, function, and behavior of Complex Adaptive Agents, where the agents cooperate to insure survival of the collective.  These dynamic information patterns can be considered as patterns of information integrating through cyclical patterns of growth and decay, which can also be considered using a lens of experiential learning cycles which cycle through various states of arousal and affect in the midst of uncertainties. &#x20;
